Shipping & Delivery Policy
How your order gets from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Where we deliver
Pretty much anywhere in India, through courier and logistics partners we trust. A handful of remote or restricted pin codes may see longer timelines or limited COD availability — you'll see this reflected at checkout if it applies to your address.
Getting your order ready
Once confirmed, orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Sundays and public holidays excluded). During big sale periods this can stretch slightly — we'll keep you posted by email or SMS as things move.
How long delivery takes
After dispatch, expect 3–7 business days for metro and Tier-1 cities, and up to 7–10 business days for more remote areas. These are our honest estimates based on courier averages, not guaranteed dates — logistics can occasionally throw a delay our way.
What you pay for shipping
Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout, before you confirm the order — never added afterward. If there's a free-shipping offer live at the time, it'll reflect there too.
How we pack things
Fragile items — glass bottles, pump packaging, delicate décor pieces — get extra protection so they survive transit. It's worth a quick look at the outer box when it arrives; if something looks visibly damaged, flag it with the courier before you sign off, if you can.
If a delivery attempt fails
Couriers typically try more than once. If they still can't reach you — wrong address, unreachable number, nobody available — the parcel heads back to our warehouse, and re-shipping it may come with an extra charge.
Something arrived broken or missing?
Email us within 48 hours with photos of both the box and the product. We'll take it up directly with the courier partner and sort a resolution from there.
