This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on jonacart.com, operated by JONARK PRIVATE LIMITED.

Service area

We deliver within India to serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is checked using the shipping address submitted at checkout. We currently do not offer international delivery unless expressly stated on the website.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge, free-delivery offer, Cash on Delivery fee or location-based charge is displayed at checkout before the order is placed. The amount shown in the final order summary forms part of the order total; no undisclosed shipping charge is added after confirmation.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Personalised, customised, made-to-order or special-handling products may require 3–7 working days before dispatch. Sundays, public holidays and payment-verification time are not counted as working days.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Remote locations may take approximately 5–10 working days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery attempts

When tracking is available, details may be shared by email, SMS, account page or the courier. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery attempts, address correction or re-shipment may involve extra time or charges where permitted.

Possible delays

Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, public holidays, transport disruption, courier capacity, remote-location restrictions, regulatory checks, strikes, unforeseen demand or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will provide available updates and reasonable assistance when notified of a delay.

Damaged, missing or incorrect delivery

Please contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, photographs and an unboxing video where available. Eligibility for replacement, return or refund is governed by the Return and Refund Policies.
